Robert Hunter Biden

Robert Hunter Biden (born February 4, 1970) is an American lawyer and lobbyist who is the second son of former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and his first wife Neilia Hunter. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware shortly after his father’s election to the New Senate at age 29 in 1972.

Early life and education

Robert attended Archmere Academy for high school, graduating with honors in 1988 before attending Georgetown University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History cum laude from the College and then went on to earn a Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from Yale Law School in 1996 finishing as Editor-in-Chief of The Yale Law & Policy Review Volume 15/96; during law school summer breaks he worked as an intern at Proskauer Rose LLP helping to represent Major League Baseball Players Association members such as Cal Ripken Jr.. After passing the bar exam Robert moved back home to Wilmington becoming active within both local politics serving two terms on City Council while also taking up positions working with various non profits including being Chairman for one year between 2008–2009 of Delaware Center for Justice which works primarily towards criminal justice reform initiatives . In 2016 he joined Boies Schiller Flexner LLP representing clients like Bumble Bee Foods LLC against antitrust charges brought by rival StarKist Co., eventually settling out court just prior that April; later that same month it was announced that Robert had become Executive VP at World Food Program USA focusing their efforts toward child hunger relief worldwide .

Political career

Given his family ties throughout 2020 many speculated if or when Hunter may join any political campaigns however none were ever officially declared until mid November when news broke about him joining brother Beau’s team “Beau’s Mission: A Campaign For Democracy” promoting equal voting rights across America especially amongst communities facing voter suppression tactics often used by Republicans nationwide ; although never officially confirmed it has been widely reported this campaign helped influence how other Democratic candidates ran state level operations leading into 2021 special elections across Georgia eventually flipping those seats blue thus gaining control over US Congress chamber majority balance This work would continue through late January 2021 only stopping due to Roberts sudden medical emergency requiring brain surgery following discovery what doctors described early stages stroke caused most likely due s small hole located inside skull near left carotid artery Following successful operation recovery began almost immediately allowing him return home less than week afterwards with no long term side effects expected Currently still remains unclear if will resume involvements similar types activism anytime soon though given recent health scare looks more certain focus remain gradually strengthening without putting himself danger again foreseeable future
