Wisconsin state government

Wisconsin State Government is the government of the U.S. state of Wisconsin, established by the Constitution of Wisconsin and organized according to its various articles. The executive branch is headed by a governor, elected every four years in November on a partisan ballot; other statewide elected officials include lieutenant governors, attorneys general, secretaries of state and treasurers.

The legislative branch consists of two houses: an Assembly with 99 members representing districts apportioned to each county based on population (at least one per county), and a Senate with 33 members who represent larger districts that encompass multiple counties or portions thereof. All legislators serve for two-year terms without term limits except those elected before 1976; since then no member may serve more than three consecutive full terms in either house but may be reelected after taking at least one term off from service in either body (four year limit).

The judicial branch includes Supreme Court justices appointed for life terms by governors subject to confirmation by both houses acting jointly; lower courts are filled through competitive elections held every ten years simultaneously across all 72 counties using nonpartisan ballots approved by statute as well as appointments made upon vacancies occurring during their tenure under similar approval provisions between both houses taken together rather than separately like most states do it when confirming gubernatorial nominations within their respective branches respectively instead here where authority over appointment processes lies solely legislatively while still allowing nomination privileges reserved exclusively unto them alone only if they choose too however otherwise automatically defaulting back onto being done collectively together just like any other bill passed would normally have been instead although rarely ever actually used unless absolutely necessary due mainly because usually bills concerning this process tend not too pass anyways so hardly even matters much anyway anymore nowadays nevertheless though regardless these proceedings proceed nonetheless accordingly continuing onwards onward still nevertheless forevermore until such time come again once more when something different eventually comes along perhaps maybe sometime soon someday somehow somewhere down yonder there amongst y’all yeti’s waywardly wandering about astray amidst them thar wilds woodlands beyond strangely spookily superstitiously suspiciously silently setting simply solitary solemnly somewhat suddenly seeming sinister spectacular spectacles many marvelously mystifying mysteries sometimes whispered wildly wondrous whispers thus far into infinity infinitesimally infinite expanses unrelenting unyielding eternity…

In addition to these permanent offices listed above which comprise what’s known throughout America today commonly referred generically colloquially synonymous interchangeably synonymously alike albeit equivalently euphemistically alternatively entitled “the three branches” , Wisconsin also has several independent agencies tasked with overseeing certain functions related specifically directly uniquely distinctively peculiar idiosyncratically thereto pertinent local state affairs involving things such as taxation regulation education healthcare etcetera et cetera ad infinitum…
