Jimmy Kimmel

Jimmy Kimmel (born November 13, 1967) is an American television host, comedian, writer, and producer. He is the host and executive producer of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, a late-night talk show that airs on ABC.

Kimmel began his career in radio as the co-host of Comedy Central’s The Man Show and Win Ben Stein’s Money. In 2003 he became the first ever host of ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Since then he has established himself as one of America’s most popular late night hosts by delivering witty monologues with political satire and humor while also featuring celebrity interviews and musical performances from some of today’s hottest artists.

In 2012 Jimmy won two Emmy awards for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series at the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony which was held in Los Angeles California. His other accolades include being named Best Personality or Host 10 times by TV Guide Magazine between 2004 – 2011 and receiving 8 People Choice Award nominations since 2005 winning once in 2010 when his show received Favorite Late Night Talk Show honors.

Throughout his career Kimmel has made numerous appearances including roles in films such as Pitch Perfect 2 (2015), Entourage (2011), Road Trip(2000) Zack & Miri Make A Porno (2008). In addition to appearing on many television shows like 30 Rock, Curb Your Enthusiasm , Family Guy among others . Recently it was announced that he would be hosting this year’s Academy Awards Ceremony alongside Matt Damon for what will be their fifth time together doing so at Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre March 4th 2018..

Outside work related activities Kimmel supports various charities including Children Hospital Los Angeles where he serves on its Board Of Directors . He also works closely with UNICEF USA whose mission is to provide children around world better access health care education clean water nutrition protection etc… As well as creating awareness about Gun Violence Prevention after two tragedies unfolded close him personally involving family members friends colleagues ..
