Cam Robinson by Joshua Brown May 1, 2023 50 Cam Robinson (born September 28, 1996) is an American professional football offensive tackle for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Alabama. Robinson attended West Monroe High School in West Monroe, Louisiana where he was a three-sport athlete and was rated as a five-star recruit by Rivals.com .He committed to play college football for the University of Alabama over Oklahoma State and LSU. During his time with Alabama, Cam started all 44 games of his collegiate career at left tackle while earning All-American honors twice along with two first team All SEC selections. In April 2017 , Robinson declared himself eligible for the NFL draft and subsequently joined The Jacksonville Jaguars shortly after being selected 35th overall in that year’s draft becoming only their second second round pick since 2012 when they chose Justin Blackmon 37th overall . On May 9th 2017, he signed a four year deal worth $7 million which included bonus money totaling up to $3 million dollars making him one of highest drafted players from this class on day one . In spite of some early struggles during training camp ,he made significant strides throughout de season finishing third among rookies tackles according Pro Football Focus grading system just behind Ryan Ramczyk who went 32nd overall in that same draft and Garett Bolles who got picked 20 spots ahead od Cam but finished 2 points lower than him pro Football focus grade wise despite playing most snaps out any rookie offensiv lineman..
