In addition to his threats against President Biden, Robertson’s online activities included references to himself as a “MAGA Trumper,” alluding to former President Donald Trump’s slogan, “Make America Great Again.” He had also made threats against other figures, including Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

The FBI received a tip about one of Robertson’s threats from Truth Social in March, which led to the suspension of his account on the platform. Robertson’s posts suggested a readiness for a “presidential assassination,” among other concerning statements.
