Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being that can be achieved through regular physical activity. It includes the ability to perform activities without undue fatigue and with adequate energy, strength, flexibility, endurance, cardiovascular capacity and coordination. Physical fitness has been linked to improved quality of life in individuals as well as community benefits such as reduced healthcare costs due to an increased focus on disease prevention.

Regular exercise provides numerous physiological benefits including increases in muscle size and tone; decreases in body fat; improvements in joint mobility and stability; enhanced aerobic power (the amount of oxygen used during intense activity); improved muscular strength; better balance/coordination/flexibility; decreased risk for obesity related diseases such as cancer or heart disease ; reduction of stress levels which can lead to a longer lifespan ; increase bone density leading to stronger bones later into adulthood ; improvement mental health , reduce anxiety & depression symptoms . Exercise also helps maintain healthy blood pressure levels by improving circulation throughout the body.. Additionally it can help improve sleep patterns , allowing people get deeper more restful sleeps .

Regular physical activity should include both aerobic exercises (such as running) for increasing your heart rate over extended periods along with short burst high intensity movements like sprints for maximum output results . Resistance training typically uses weights but could also involve using ones own body weight against gravity – this type of exercise strengthens muscles & tendons while providing necessary protection from injury when done correctly. Stretching is another important component that promotes overall flexibility & range motion helping prevent injuries & improving posture . Proper nutrition also plays a key role – eating balanced meals containing all necessary nutrients will provide additional support needed while exercising regularly

The frequency , duration& intensity at which one needs train depends largely on individual goals whether its achieving general good health or competing athletically at higher level competition – there are many different programs available designed based upon these objectives making finding right program easy depending what works best suit each individual’s lifestyle requirements
