Ashley Biden

Ashley Biden (born June 8, 1981) is an American social worker, activist and fashion designer. She is the daughter of former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden, making her a member of the extended Obama family as well as being First Daughter during her father’s term in office from 2009 to 2017.

Early life and Education
Biden was born on June 8th 1981 in Wilmington Delaware where she attended public school before moving on to Tulane University where she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with Honors in 2004 followed by postgraduate courses at Columbia University Mailman School Of Public Health for which she received a Master’s Degree In Social Work specialising in policy practice & management also graduating with honorsin 2008 . During this time Ashley volunteered at organizations such as Covenant House New Orleans working towards ending homelessness amongst young people across America .
Career Path After completing her studies , Ashley worked for The Philadelphia Department Of Human Services until 2010 when she became employed by The West End Neighborhood House managing their early childhood education program afterwhichshe returned home to Delaware taking up residence within the City Of Wilmington servingas Director For Economic Engagement And Mobility Programs At Delmarva Community Resources Between 2014-2016 . In 2018 she started work as Executive Director Of Beau Biden Foundation For Protection Childrennamed afterher late brother who passed away while still serving as Attorney General For Delaware whilstrunning his campaignfor Governorat age 46 due to health complications stemmingfrom brain cancer diagnosis just two years earlier .. Since then Ashley has been heavily involvedwith raising awarenessregarding child protection laws , legislationand reforms that have improved safety standardsacross both state and federal levels aimingto protect children everywhere alongsideworking alongside multiple charitable organisations includingMental Health Association ofDE & MD providing support services within local communities affectedby mental health issues.. Additionally since 2016 Ashely has beeninvolved with World Food Program USA Focusingon hunger relief efforts aroundthe world includingmultiple visits overseas delivering aid supplies directly into refugee camps throughout Africa Asia Middle EastEurope etc .
