Arizona State Government is the governmental body of the state of Arizona. The government was established after Arizona was granted statehood in 1912, making it one of the youngest states to enter into union. It is a republican form of government based on its constitution and consists mainly of three branches: executive, legislative and judicial.

The Executive Branch includes the governor, secretary of state, attorney general and treasurer as well as various other departments responsible for managing day-to-day operations such as finance & administration; health services; education & cultural resources; housing & community development; corrections & rehabilitation etc.. All these offices are elected by popular vote every four years with no term limit imposed on any officeholder.

The Legislative Branch comprises two chambers – an upper house called Senate which has 30 members representing districts across 15 counties while lower house or House Representatives consist 60 members from individual districts within each county. Both houses meet annually at Phoenix Capitol building where they debate bills that can become laws if approved by majority votes after passing through several committees set up for this purpose.

The Judicial branch consists primarily Supreme Court followed by five appellate courts located throughout different regions in Arizona along with many local courts practicing civil law only (no criminal). There are also special tribunals like Tax court dedicated to disputes related to taxation matters exclusively apart from Juvenile Courts focusing specifically on cases involving minors under 18 years old . Furthermore Federal District court serves both federal justice system alongside providing jurisdiction over certain legal issues arising between citizens living within same county boundary lines although their decisions cannot supersede those issued by higher ranking judges involved in respective case proceedings anywhere else around country due to legal precedence rules governing them nationwide .

Lastly there exists plethora administrative agencies all reporting directly either Governor’s Office itself or some department head appointed him/her who have been delegated power handle specific tasks related enforcing regulations laid out Constitution while ensuring public safety compliance standards being maintained adequate level necessary safeguard rights people living territorial boundaries encompassed herewithin remain safe secure whatever may come pass future days ahead now until eternity forward evermore!
