Russian online platforms linked to the mercenary leader have indicated that Prigozhin is actively recruiting personnel to engage in activities on the African continent. Additionally, he is purportedly encouraging investors from Russia to channel funds into the Central African Republic via the conduit of the Russian House—a cultural establishment situated in the capital of the African nation.

The Central African Republic has witnessed the involvement of Wagner’s hired operatives, who have faced accusations of human rights violations during their operations.
