Hamas to release 13 Israelis, 7 foreigners for 39 Palestinians after hours-long snag, mediators say

The ceasefire negotiations between Hamas and Israel stem from a conflict triggered by Hamas militants’ attack on Israel on October 7, leading to a full-scale war.
