Cassie Files Lawsuit Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Alleging Years of Abuse and Rape

In a recent lawsuit filed in a New York federal court, R&B artist Cassie, legally known as Casandra Ventura, has accused music producer Sean “Diddy” Combs of subjecting her to a prolonged period of physical abuse and rape. The lawsuit details Combs’ alleged uncontrollable anger leading to “savage” assaults involving punching, kicking, and stomping Ventura. It also accuses him of drug use, coercing her into sexual acts with other men for his voyeuristic pleasure, and filming these encounters.

According to the lawsuit, in 2018, as Ventura attempted to end the relationship, Combs allegedly raped her in her Los Angeles residence. Ventura expressed her decision to break her silence, intending to support other women experiencing violence and abuse in relationships.
