A woman, 18, was found dead at the scene, and a man, 20, was pronounced dead at a hospital shortly after. No arrests have been made yet, and Mayor Brandon Scott urged anyone with information to come forward. Governor Wes Moore expressed his condolences and emphasized the need to address gun violence.
