In Paraguay, Catholic congregants dressed in avian-themed outfits take to the streets in a procession, paying tribute to a saint from the 16th century renowned for his supposed miraculous abilities. Cuba sees drivers and spectators rallying to bring car racing back to the fore, a sport that has been outlawed for over 60 years. Meanwhile, an antigovernment protester in Peru, armed with a faux pink gun and positioned inside a Barbie box labeled “Barbie Dictator,” makes a strong statement.
